CPPI is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare construction projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day jobsite activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating subcontractor performance. Depending on project size and complexity, the Superintendent may oversee one or multiple projects simultaneously.
The Healthcare Superintendent works closely with project leadership, clients, design teams, consultants, and trade partners to successfully deliver projects. All daily responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and core values.

Minimum requirements include being authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship, a valid driver's license, minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, healthcare construction experience, working knowledge of AHCA requirements preferred, experience with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) preferred, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities, proven ability to maintain project quality while meeting aggressive schedules and deadlines, ability to read, interpret, and understand construction drawings, specifications, safety procedures, operating instructions, and project documentation, ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ability to calculate percentages, dimensions, quantities, area, volume, and other construction-related measurements using basic algebra and geometry principles, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate field conditions, interpret project information, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment, and basic computer proficiency required.
Job responsibilities include leading all onsite construction activities while maintaining project safety, quality, and schedule objectives, interpreting and enforcing project contracts, schedules, and related construction documents, coordinating field operations with project management staff, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, developing and maintaining site logistics plans to support efficient project execution and OSHA compliance, conducting daily coordination meetings and weekly subcontractor progress meetings, managing project schedules, including look-ahead planning and schedule updates, overseeing jobsite safety initiatives and enforcing established safety protocols, implementing and maintaining quality control procedures throughout project execution, maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, delay logs, inventories, and punch list tracking, monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with project requirements, coordinating material procurement and delivery schedules with trade partners, assisting with preconstruction planning, bid package development, shop drawing reviews, submittals, and long-lead item tracking, supporting project teams with RFIs, cost tracking, timesheet coding, invoice review, and budget monitoring, mentoring field staff and contributing to the professional development of team members, utilizing company policies, procedures, and best practices to support project success, participating in training and continuing education opportunities, maintaining a strong client-focused approach and fostering positive project relationships, and performing additional responsibilities as needed to support project goals and company objectives.
