We're hiring for an experienced OSP Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for multiple projects, and be equipped with the leadership qualities needed to successfully lead a team to meet their goals. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in utility construction. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work. Superintendent #22-00115

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an operational strategy as a leader of the OSP construction team
• Ensuring divisional goals are met
• Facilitating growth
• Fostering company culture
• Meeting and exceeding company safety goals
• Forecasting progress
• Promoting a positive image as leader

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience within the telecom industry
• 5+ years of experience in utility construction
• Familiar with all aspects of OSP operations
• Business development skills
