An established and respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Level 2 Healthcare Superintendent to support projects across the Lansing and Grand Rapids markets.

KEY REQUIREMENT

5+ years of healthcare construction experience is REQUIRED.

The strongest candidates will have:

• Significant occupied hospital renovation experience
• Experience working around active patients, staff, and hospital operations
• Strong understanding of infection-control requirements and construction phasing
• Experience managing positive and negative air pressure
• RF shielding experience strongly preferred
• Ground-up healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety
