Project Management Supervisor

The Project Management Supervisor supports the successful execution of client initiatives by overseeing project workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. This role partners closely with business and capability teams to drive operational excellence, maintain project standards, and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies. The Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to project management team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Project Management

  • Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate project execution to ensure assignments, milestones, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Lead internal status meetings and provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and capability teams to support project implementation and operational processes.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate, current, and accessible.

Process Management

  • Support agency workflow management and implementation of project management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and enhance collaboration across teams.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project management tools, templates, and operational resources.
  • Promote consistent use of systems, processes, and project governance standards.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

Team Leadership

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support for junior project management team members.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Help identify and remove obstacles that may impact project success.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members.
  • Encourage a positive team culture that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in department initiatives, training programs, and special projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
