As a Stockroom Supervisor, youll provide leadership and supervision to Stockroom personnel while partnering with Expeditors to ensure on?time delivery, effective daily scheduling, and compliance with quality standards. You will also participate in or lead approved meetings and support resolution of cross?department or customer concerns related to the area.

What Youll Do

Manage time, attendance, and scheduling, including overtime and weekend support

Support performance reviews by providing input to managers and partnering with HR on disciplinary matters and employee concerns

Lead internal and external audit preparation and execution

Act as backup to the Supply Chain Operations Manager

Train Expeditors on stockroom processes and conduct daily stand?up meetings with the Stockroom Team

Attend RB211/LEAP production stand?ups and represent Supply Chain Management at commercial engine production reviews when required

Oversee production flow and work schedules, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and use of production systems for work instructions, tracking, and status visibility

Partner with management to identify training needs, monitor progress, close skill gaps, and maintain the area Skills Matrix

Maintain cell production boards and performance metrics while ensuring demand fulfillment aligns with Commercial WIP forecasts, including POU replenishment, credit memo/RTS mitigation, cycle counts, SOX compliance, and weekly E&O coordination

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure safety compliance and reporting of unsafe conditions, and execute special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or material handling environment within a regulated or industrial industry

Minimum of 12 years of leadership, supervisory, or lead experience in an operational or warehouse setting

Experience working with OEM technical documentation such as maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, service bulletins, and work instructions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and ability to use ERP/MRP or inventory systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation

Desired Skills

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leadership, and cross?functional teams, both verbally and in writing

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced warehouse or operations environment while meeting deadlines and production demands
