Air Reserve Technician

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as the Plans and Integration branch first level supervisor providing technical development of assigned work force and management of wing's readiness/deployment programs. TO train reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.

DUTIES:

• Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Plans and Integration function at base level.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Represents the Plans and Integration flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• Performs logistics deliberate and adaptive planning processes.
