Our next Supply Chain Manager will lead the operational heartbeat behind procurement, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and supply chain execution across the organization. This leader will own supply continuity, supplier risk management, inventory strategy, and operational responsiveness in support of manufacturing and business performance.

Success in this role requires someone who can move with urgency without sacrificing accuracy, bring structure and discipline to complex operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement while building strong partnerships across teams and suppliers.

This is a highly visible operational leadership role that directly impacts manufacturing continuity, customer service, cost management, and overall business performance.

We are looking for a leader who is energized by ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and operational excellence someone who anticipates issues before they become disruptions, follows through consistently, and leads with professionalism, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset. Necessary Experience

• End-to-end supply chain leadership (not just purchasing)
• Manufacturing and production support experience
• Raw material sourcing and supplier management
• Rail & Pneumatic Trucking Logistics
• Demand planning, inventory strategy, and supply continuity
• ERP systems, analytics, and data-driven decision making
