Tax Lawyer

Global Investment Management firm is seeking an AVP Tax (M&A) - newly created that will provide domestic and international Tax Strategy, Risk, Transactions handling their Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Credit Investment Funds.

Some responsibilities include :

• Support and drive tax strategies, initiatives, and risk to discuss with stake holders
• Analyze early stage tax support to Investment Teams
• Gather and analyze complex financial information for purposes of international tax determinations and tax reform reporting.
• Work with External Advisory Teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with Master's in Tax, JD or LLM
• 4+ years of Taxation coming from a BIG4 public accounting with international tax transactions
• Exposure to Private Equity and Credit Investments
• Any Credit and Debt Investment experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required as you will be collaborating with global counterparts.
