Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager:

• Light Prep of various tax returns
• Review of various tax returns
• Maintain client relationships
• Train/lead and develop staff
• Tax Planning & Consulting

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

• CPA
• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong Preparation & Review Experience across multiple return types
• Experienced in tax planning & consulting
• Experience in client management
• Experience leading and developing staff
• Experience with CCH Axcess/ ProSystem Fx is preferred
