Technician Restoration Opportunity

Responsibilities

Receive daily direction and dispatch to water extraction, monitoring, demo, etc. losses (as assigned) and document daily progress. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up the preparation area and equipment for each project. Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. Provide excellent customer service and convey any concerns or questions to the supervisor or manager as needed. Perform end-of-day or end-of-job cleaning and breakdown. Leave the worksite with a clean and tidy appearance. Maintain clean supplies, equipment, and a vehicle: communicate necessary items or any vehicle concerns to the supervisor or manager. Respond to emergency service calls during business hours, after hours, and/or through on-call rotation. Assist other departments or perform other tasks as requested. Learn SERVPRO systems and prepare to grow and excel with the team/company
