Job Details

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have at least three month TGASK experience

Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. but only with assistance of other team member or mechanical equipment

Good communication skills

Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist

Good organizational skills

Must have received no written corrective action

Basic leadership and computer skills

Must have six points or less under Company's Attendance Control System

Basic knowledge of TPS

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Safety: Perform pre-shift and post-shift checks

2. Equipment readiness prior to shift: Coordination of maintenance issues

3. Leading problem solving activities

4. Ability to perform all jobs; Relief work when necessary

5. Familiar with QC items

6. Perform quality checks (F / L piece checks

7. Process Condition Standards

8. Standardized Work training; Standardized Work Verification

9. Troubleshooting for Team Members

10. Ensure 5S rules are followed; Kaizen

11. Team Member rotation; Team Member training; update training matrix

12. Kanban System (rules and processing); Monthly Kanban adjustments

13. Ensure production numbers are met

14. Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties; other duties as assigned
