Build a 100% remote overnight radiology practice with a predictable deep-night schedule, strong compensation, and the support of Keck Medicine of USC. Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray studies from anywhere in the US while helping provide overnight coverage across a growing California network.
Opportunity Highlights

- Employed Model with Benefits:
- Select a full-time employed schedule of 9–10 nine-hour overnight shifts per month, with full benefits
- Focus exclusively on deep-night coverage, with shifts typically scheduled from 10 PM to 7 AM Pacific Time
- Earn a $600,000 base salary for achieving 10,000 wRVUs, plus quarterly incentives
- Receive additional incentive compensation for productivity above 10,000 wRVUs, with no cap under the wRVU plan, top radiologists
- 1099 Independent Contractor Model:
- Consider a flexible 1099 model with overnight base rates of $485 per hour on weekdays, $535 per hour on weekends, and $635 per hour on holidays, plus a productivity incentive for wRVUs above six per hour
- Malpractice coverage is available with a 40-hour monthly commitment
- Work five- to 12-hour shifts based on your preference between the hours of 10 PM to 7 AM Pacific Time
- Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray studies in a 100% clinical, pure shift-based role with no call, teaching, or research requirements
- Book shifts 1–3 months in advance or schedule the full year for added stability, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts
- Receive an at-home workstation, technology support, and assistance from Reading Room Coordinators who triage calls and facilitate physician communication
- Join a growing service that supports Keck, Norris, Verdugo Hills, and Arcadia hospitals, along with 10 partner hospitals across California
- Candidates should demonstrate efficiency in high-volume settings and bring broad cross-sectional imaging expertise; emergency radiology experience is preferred, and visa sponsorship is not available
