Job Responsibilities

• Unload railcar loads of cement, load bulk truck with cement.
• Performs preventive maintenance, lubrication and repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment problems to minimize downtime and ensure proper operation.
• Performs housekeeping of the facility.
• Follows all safety policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment including front end loaders and locomotive or railcar moving equipment.
• Basic Mechanical Troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
• Making process adjustments for quality control.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced and dynamic distribution terminal setting.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and heavy machinery.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials.
