The applicant should have a strong interest in Critical Care Medicine. Tampa General Hospital (TGH) - the primary teaching hospital for USF and boasts of a Pulmonary Critical Care Department with over 15 divisions.
* Priority will be given to candidates with fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine
* 7 days on 7 days off rotation in Medical ICU unit, 24 weeks per year. 40% night shifts
* As part of the academic faculty, the candidate will participate in multidisciplinary pulmonary consults, ICU rounds and be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
* Engagement in scholarly activities such as clinical research, quality improvement, and academic presentations is strongly encouraged
* Active involvement in resident and medical student education within USF Health Morsani College of Medicine
