Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Materials/Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- QC experience with silicone, polyurethane, and natural rubber latex.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Problem-solving skills with two-part system formulations.
- Hands-on mixing and bench work testing of two-part cure systems.

The Role
You will own quality across a fast-moving production environment. Direct a team of QC Technicians, manage hiring, performance, and scheduling, while staying hands-on with daily and weekly product testing.
Maintain specifications and formulas in the ERP system, interface with production on batch issues, and deliver clear QC status reports. When techs are out, you step in.
What You Will Do
Perform hands-on testing. Troubleshoot batch and process problems. Support customers with lab samples and technical inquiries. Keep equipment calibrated, workspaces clean, and chemical storage organized.
Safety is non-negotiable. PPE required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
