Thread/Form Roll Operator

Precision Castparts Corp - - Responsibilities: Set up, operate, or tend thread/form roll machines and feeding systems to process parts according to shop travelers and specifications; Adjust machine controls and tooling to maintain specified tolerances; Crank machines through cycles and adjust tool positions to ensure timing, clearances, and tolerances; Inspect sample work pieces using gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify conformance; Follow standard operating procedures to check, test, log in/out, and thread roll good quality parts with supervisor/lead coordination
