Staffmark is hiring a Tool Trailer Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer, ensuring customers have the tools, consumables, and safety equipment they need to keep projects running efficiently. Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer skills and experience entering data into tracking systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to obtain required industrial facility credentials, if needed.
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to lift and move tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to inspect tools and equipment for safety and functionality.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor industrial or construction environments.
- Ability to safely handle tools and equipment of varying sizes and weights.
Job Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer and tool rooms.
- Issue tools, consumables, and safety equipment to customers.
- Inspect returned tools for condition and proper operation.
- Perform visual safety inspections of tools and equipment.
- Enter and track inventory using the Total Control system.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of tools and consumable supplies.
- Assist with trailer mobilization and setup at customer sites.
- Keep the tool trailer clean, organized, and customer ready.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer tool and equipment needs.
- Communicate with customers and management to ensure inventory supports project demands.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
