Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 + Overtime + Bonus

Plona Partners has been exclusively retained to identify an experienced Trademark Paralegal for a nationally recognized AmLaw law firm with a premier Intellectual Property practice. While we're keeping the firm's identity confidential during the early stages of the search, this is an opportunity to join a highly respected team supporting global brands across the full trademark lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark and copyright applications with the USPTO and WIPO
• Manage Office Actions, Statements of Use, Affidavits, Renewals, Assignments, TTAB filings, oppositions and cancellations
• Coordinate directly with foreign associates on worldwide trademark portfolios
• Maintain and manage complex IP dockets with exceptional accuracy
• Communicate directly with sophisticated clients regarding trademark prosecution matters
• Conduct U.S. and international clearance searches
• Prepare client status reports and docket reports
• Work alongside experienced IP attorneys on high-value domestic and international portfolios

We're Looking For
• 10+ years of trademark prosecution experience within a law firm
• Extensive experience with USPTO, WIPO and international trademark filings
• Strong understanding of global Intellectual Property procedures
• Experience managing sophisticated IP docketing systems
• Excellent client communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as NetDocuments
