An Aerospace company in Goodyear is looking to directly hire a Training Coordinator to their growing team. This is a direct hire position that offers onsite training and full benefits that start on your 1st day.

Training Coordinator Job Duties:

• Manager all new hire training and orientations
• Create facility trainings
• Manage all new hire onboarding
• Conduct all products, safety, quality, and equipment training

Pay: $50k 70k DOE

Schedule: Monday Friday 1st shift but must be available to work nights and weekends when needed.

Training Coordinator Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years management experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in the plastic industry.
• High level organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought-out positive and professional manner.
• Experience working with Microsoft software and Excel
