Pay Range: $100,000 Base + Benefits + Uncapped Commission (OTE $150,000$200,000+)

How you'll spend your time as an Outside Sales Representative:

Sell a new line of transformers to customers across the U.S. Target data centers, co-ops, and other heavy industrial accounts. Build relationships with oil & gas and industrial decision makers. Manage a 36-month sales cycle from lead to close. Travel as needed to meet clients and close business. Connect with the team in-office roughly once every two months.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as an Outside Sales Representative:

Proven experience selling transformers. Strong existing book of relationships you can leverage. Self-sufficient, motivated seller who thrives with autonomy. Comfortable managing large, complex deals from $30K to $1M+. Background in construction or industrial sales is a plus. Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
