Trauma Nurse Lead

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Trauma Nurse Lead to guide high-acuity patient care in our busy trauma and emergency environment. In this role, you will triage and stabilize critically injured patients, coordinate with trauma surgeons and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to trauma protocols and quality standards. You will provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and education to nursing staff, support performance improvement initiatives, and help drive a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence in trauma care across our regional health system.
