Trauma Nurse Lead

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Trauma Nurse Lead to guide high-acuity trauma care in our regional health system. In this role, you’ll coordinate triage and stabilization of critically injured patients, lead and mentor RN staff, and collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll champion evidence-based trauma protocols, safety, and quality improvement while supporting education, skills development, and a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence for patients and families.
