RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support
• Work with a team including 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 2 PCTs on night shift
• Unit has 20 beds with 35 total staff members
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Work with equipment including Hoyer lifts, air taps, and wound vacs
• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Provide care for medical-surgical patients with focus on wound care and burn care
• Wound care and burn care experience preferred
• Must be a team player with positive attitude
• Travel nursing experience preferred
