Traveling Nurse Aide Evaluator

Prometric, the recognized global leader in technology-enabled testing and assessment services, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with experience in long-term care to administer the Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Exam. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who are seeking to leverage their skills outside of the hospital setting by evaluating candidates pursuing their CNA certification.

Ideal candidates must have a flexible schedule and the availability to work 1 - 4 days per month or Traveling/On-Call/As Needed. Please apply online to be considered. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the highest quality test experience for Prometric's clients consistent with Prometric's Vision, Mission, Values, and Policy & Procedures.

Responsibilities include providing evaluation of candidate skills based on training provided by Prometric, building working relationships with test site locations, ensuring location readiness prior to exam dates, proctoring a computerized knowledge-based examination, and objective observation and scoring of candidates demonstrating clinical skills.

Traveling/On-Call (As-Needed) responsibilities include serving as an as-needed/on-call resource, communicating availability in advance, traveling to assigned event sites, and maintaining all required licensure, training, and compliance to remain eligible for assignment.

Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong working relationships with testing sites, maintaining online appointment schedule to ensure event coverage, ability to provide on-site leadership for candidates, fostering professional and courteous relationships with Nurse Aide Evaluator Community, and serving as a Prometric Brand Ambassador.

Qualification requirements include active and unrestricted license in the state of operation, one (1) year of experience in long term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age, intermediate to advanced technical skills and solid familiarity with computer programs and applications, strong communication skills (oral and written), access to personal computer equipment, valid Driver's License and vehicle to travel to test events, strong problem solving/trouble shooting skills, ability to travel 30 miles or more one way from zip code, ability to stand for extended periods of time while administering the exam and evaluating candidates, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds (testing mannequin).
