The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. Responsibilities encompass evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, engaging in performance improvement, pursuing professional growth, and fulfilling other assigned duties. Evaluate and assess patients' needs and capabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Modify treatment programs based on ongoing assessments. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Perform administrative duties as required. Engage in performance improvement initiatives. Pursue professional growth and development opportunities. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
