This travel Occupational Therapy Assistant job in Cheraw, SC with Advantis Medical is a 12-week travel Occupational Therapy Assistant contract at NSS Reliant - Rehabilitation Center of Cheraw. This role pays $1,349 per week and follows an Evenings shift with a 5x8 schedule.

In this travel Occupational Therapy Assistant job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Facility: NSS Reliant - Rehabilitation Center of Cheraw
• Location: Cheraw, SC 29520
• Contract Length: 12 Weeks
• Shift: Evenings (5x8)

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist, following each patient's established plan of care
• Guide patients through activities of daily living, fine-motor tasks, and functional skills training
• Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and compensatory techniques within the established plan
• Monitor patient response during treatment and report progress and concerns to the supervising therapist

Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Occupational Therapy Assistant experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by South Carolina and national regulatory bodies.
