Submission Requirements: • At least 2 years of previous Rad Tech experience [required] • At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred] • epic experience [required] • average 15 patients a day. • DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, GE Elite C-Arm, [required] • Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required] • Profile should include • Drivers License [required] • Work history/resume [required] • Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required] • License verification [required] • Copy of required certifications • References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required] **Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility.** NURSE's Etc.
