Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist or Rad Tech
  
• Active ARRT certification
  
• BLS certification required
  
• Experience with Epic charting system
  
• Valid New York state radiology license
  
• First-time travelers welcome
  
• Ability to float as needed within the hospital
  
• Flexibility for occasional weekend/on-call shifts
  

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures: X-ray, CT, MRI, Dexa, and vascular studies
  
• Deliver imaging services for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  
• Operate bedside/portable equipment and conduct trauma imaging as needed
  
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  
• Follow isolation precautions and safety protocols
  
• Participate in orientation and required training modules (up to 5 billable hours)
