Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities * Engage in care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients in a comprehensive stroke center. * Facilitate patient care through needs assessment and discharge planning. * Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and efficient documentation. * Respond to rapidly changing situations and float between campuses as required. * Ensure minimum weekend coverage by working two weekends per month. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and respiratory services. Qualifications * Active RN license in good standing. * Minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient/acute care and case management. * First-time travelers are welcome. * BLS certification required; Epic experience highly preferred. * Ability to manage a patient ratio of 18-25 during shifts. * Two professional references covering the past year are mandatory.
