The SLP will collaborate with the healthcare team, support supervision of student or licensed speech-language pathologists, and document all services accurately. Job Details: * Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week * Required Qualifications: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Oklahoma State Licensure, minimum of 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology, LTC or rehab experience, ability to supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists, and the ability to obtain necessary DME or supplies per clinical standards. New graduates with Level II experience are also eligible. * Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and familiarity with regulatory and clinical documentation standards. * Additional Information: The position involves participating in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and required trainings. Effective communication with team members and compliance with professional ethics and practice acts are essential.
