Join a travel Physical Therapist role in Mount Vernon, IL, providing in-home care to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Home Health experience preferred.
Ability to perform in-home physical therapy evaluations and manage patient care across multiple counties.
Must be able to travel within coverage area counties: Bachelor's Degree.

Mileage reimbursement between patient visits from first to last visit: Yes.
