We have partnered with a well-established company in commercial construction general contracting. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced traveling superintendent looking to advance their career with a reputable company in the industry.

Location: Nationwide (Candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S.) Travel: Required Home approximately once per month

Overview

Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Essential Job Functions

5+ years of experience in commercial construction projects

Excellent communication and organization skills

Ability to travel as needed for project assignments

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes
