Treasury Manager

The purpose of the Treasury Manager is to oversee all cash reconciliations, develop and maintain cash reporting, and forecast cash for predefined periods for the organization.

Responsibilities include supervising every aspect of the company's cash accounting function, leading development and coordination of cash flow forecasting, managing cash management deployment, partnering with finance operations to develop a working capital model, managing corporate card payment strategy, assisting in preparation of presentation materials for senior management, collaborating with finance teams to build dashboards and reports, developing cash requirements for annual cash outlays, overseeing data flow between accounting systems, coordinating with external auditors, reviewing balance sheet and general ledger accounts, predicting cash requirements, implementing automation and process improvements, managing banking relationships, ensuring compliance with controls, providing metrics and reporting to senior management, exemplifying leadership behaviors, using discretion and independent judgment, and may be required to cross train and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include five years of experience within any treasury function and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent combination of experience and education, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn report writing systems, excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, strong understanding of retail business practices, demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and delegate tasks, and behavior reflecting integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Physical requirements include the ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations, capability to lift 30 pounds periodically, ability to navigate and access all facilities, skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, and close vision for computer-related activities. The pay range for this position is $72,500 - $85,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
