Hiring Area
We are hiring entry-level Class A CDL team drivers who live in Sacramento, California or surrounding areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completion of 120+ hours of CDL school within the last 2 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass background check and DOT drug testing (urine or hair)
- Must live in the Sacramento, CA area
- Must be willing to drive as a team
Paid Training Program
New drivers will begin with 4 weeks of paid OTR team training to gain real-world experience.
- $680 per week during training
- Run as a team with an experienced trainer
- Nationwide driving with consistent miles
After training, you'll be assigned to a dedicated team account.
Position Details
- Team driving position
- Dedicated freight account
- Consistent lanes and steady miles
- Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset
- No long-term contracts required
Pay Package
Once training is completed, team drivers earn:
- $1,600 per week (per driver) on the dedicated account
- Reliable, year-round freight with predictable schedules

- Mostly automatic transmissions
