Regional Truck Driver

HOME EVERY WEEKEND



Are you ready to have a FULL weekend home with the family? We are looking for professional & career-focused Class A truck drivers who are looking to run regional during the week and be home every weekend. Must be ready to start in the next 1-2 weeks. All trucks will come equipped with the following: TV, fridge, microwave, inverter and 68 MPH PasSmart.

Running Area: KY, OH, WV, PA, MD and some New England.

100% NO TOUCH Freight

1900 - 2200 MPW

Hauling general commodities (dry van)

Paid 3 day orientation in PA

Experience Requirements:

Drivers MUST have 9 full months of solo OTR in the past 15 months.

* The 9 months must include 2 months of winter driving in December, January, or February.

* LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather

  • No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years & no job terminations in the last 12 months.
  • Average job stability of 4 months in the past 24 months
  • No DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • Must be able to pass ALL DOT required tests. No prior failed tests
  • Must have a clean background

All new drivers are eligible for ONE of the following hiring bonuses:



Option 1 (with qualifying safety record)

Initial on-road bonus of $1475 (WITH HAZMAT) or $1300 (NON-HAZMAT) paid out on first check + 8 hrs. PTO



Plus On-Road Safety Bonus of $600 (after 30 days)



Option 2

Initial Sign-on Bonus of $1125 plus orientation pay- $300

BASE PAY:

.67 CPM 14-29 mo. exp./ .69 CPM 30+ months exp.(W/O Hazmat)

.69 CPM 14-29 mo. exp./.71 CPM 30+ mo. exp. (With Hazmat)

Average $1800 - $2100 per week

Short-haul pay also paid out for shorter runs

Detention pay after 1 hour

Other accessorial pay when applicable (i.e., stop-off pay)

Paid 2 day orientation in OH. Rental car, private hotel room and meals provided.

  • $300 after your referral schedules orientation

  • $0.05 per mile on all your referred driver's miles for their first 90 days
