A well-established law firm is seeking a Partner level Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its Boca Raton office. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney with experience in complex estate planning, asset protection planning, and trusts and estates administration.

Candidates will have 7+ years of experience and some portable business of any size.

What You’ll Do:

The attorney selected for this role will work on a range of sophisticated trusts and estates matters, including but not limited to:

• Complex estate planning
• Asset protection planning
• Trusts and estates administration
• Drafting estate planning documents
• Advising individuals, families, business owners, and high-net-worth clients
• Working with clients on wealth transfer and succession planning strategies
• Coordinating with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation attorneys as needed
• Supporting clients through sensitive family, fiduciary, and estate administration matters

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Book of business - any size
• Experience with complex estate planning
• Experience with asset protection planning
• Experience with trusts and estates administration
• LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial and focused on growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience representing high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, or fiduciaries
• Familiarity with sophisticated tax, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies
