Job Description We are looking for a motivated and skilled practitioner to deliver exceptional medical care to our patients. Join Our Team as a Practitioner at a new Carmi Clinic affiliated with Wabash General Hospital! Position: Urgent Care/Clinic Location: Carmi, Illinois About Us: Wabash General Hospital is a cornerstone of healthcare excellence in the Mount Carmel community, and they are expanding! Opening a new clinic in Carmi, IL. Integritas is a locally owned, physician-led company dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in low-volume Emergency Departments and Hospital Medicine programs across Illinois. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking humble and joyful providers to embrace learning and lead a team with efforts in maintaining excellence in patient care. Key Details:

• PRN option
• EMR: EPIC
• Day shift
  • Mon.-Fri.: 10A - 8P
  • Sat.-Sun.: 8A - 6P
• Beginning October 1st!

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois
• DEA, CSL
• ACLS, PALS
• At least 1 year UC/PC experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
