Urgent Caregiver Needed Morning Four Hour Shift (M-F)

URGENT HIRING

Part Time

9AM to 1PM in the morning Monday through Friday

Previous Home Health Aide/PCA Experience required, Training available.

Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Essential Functions:

• Personal Care with ADLs and IADLs
  • Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheelchair), change of position, with toileting.
• Companion/Sitter/Household Management
  • Provide companionship and respite services for family
• Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients
• Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
• Clean background with no history.

Must be: Willing to keep client active Good at communicating Have driver's license and car
