Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Provide mobility support, including safe patient transfers using wheelchairs, lifts, or rolling beds.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all patients and staff.

Requirements

• Active CNA license (New York State).
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (required).
• BLS Certification (required).
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
