Klamath Falls, OR, 97603 Location: Klamath Falls, OR, 97603 Start Date: June 13 (Saturday) Helper Rate: $25 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced helper to support a female client in her 70s. She is wheelchair-bound, has early signs of dementia, and is considered a fall risk, requiring attentive supervision and hands-on support.

Care Responsibilities

  • Assist with transfers (wheelchair ? toilet) (client can assist ~75%)
  • Provide meal preparation
  • Ensure safety supervision and fall prevention
  • Offer companionship and engagement
  • Perform light housekeeping

Schedule

  • Every Saturday 9:00 AM 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM (67 hours)

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with transfers and mobility support
  • Comfortable working with early-stage dementia clients
  • Patient, attentive, and safety-focused
  • Physically capable of assisting with partial transfers

This role is ideal for a helper who can provide hands-on assistance while promoting independence, with a strong focus on fall prevention and supportive companionship.
