Urologist – High-Tech Office-Based Urology in NYC | $550K–$650K | No Required Hospital Call

Modern Urologist / Advanced Physicians is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join a high-tech, AI-enabled, office-based urology practice serving New York City, Forest Hills, and Brooklyn.

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated urologist to learn and practice advanced in-office urology at a level that is not available in most training programs or traditional practice settings. Our practice is built around the future of urology: precision diagnostics, artificial intelligence, advanced ultrasound, office-based procedures, prostate health, men's health, bladder health, kidney stone care, erectile dysfunction care, and minimally invasive treatment pathways.

This position is designed for a physician who wants to practice high-level modern urology without the traditional hospital burden. There is no required hospital call, no required ER call, and no mandatory inpatient rounding. The role is primarily office-based, lifestyle-forward, and supported by an established clinical infrastructure.

At the same time, hospital-based surgery is available for physicians who want it. We have a significant number of patients who require hospital-based procedures, creating meaningful upside for a urologist who wants both a modern office-based platform and optional surgical volume. Hospital work is not required, but it is available for the physician who wants to maintain or grow that part of their practice.

Modern Urologist offers a unique "office-based urology fellowship" style model. There is no formal fellowship for high-tech, in-office urology, but there should be. We are especially interested in new graduates and early-career urologists because we enjoy training motivated physicians and helping them develop expertise in a modern, efficient, technology-driven private-practice model.

The physician will receive mentorship and hands-on exposure to advanced office-based diagnostics, BPH pathways, prostate evaluation, ultrasound-guided care, men's health, erectile dysfunction care, overactive bladder management, kidney stone evaluation, bladder health, and in-office procedural workflows. Our practice infrastructure includes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, ultrasound technicians, medical assistants, administrative support, advanced in-office diagnostics, office-based procedure rooms, in-office operating capabilities, established clinical protocols, and high patient demand across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Compensation is highly competitive and designed to attract top urology talent. The guaranteed base salary range is $550,000-$650,000, commensurate with experience, training, schedule, procedural interests, and final employment terms. The role also includes productivity-based bonus opportunities, RVU-based upside, future profit-sharing opportunity, full benefits, malpractice coverage, paid time off, CME support, APP and clinical staff support, and long-term growth potential.

Requirements include:

• MD or DO degree

• Completion of an accredited urology residency

• Board eligible or board certified in urology

• Eligible for New York medical licensure
