The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population.

Schedule: Full-Time | Employed Urology Position

Practice: Approximately 60% Outpatient | 40% Inpatient

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

• Experienced physicians and new graduates welcome

• J-1 Visa sponsorship available

What You Can Expect

Compensation & Incentives

• Base compensation: $700,000 one-year income guarantee

• $50,000 sign-on bonus + up to $15,000 relocation assistance

• 5%+ annual quality bonus based on mutually agreed-upon department goals

• $20 per RVU for APP supervision

• Additional income opportunities through clinical research participation
