About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
This is a full-scope urology position inside an independently owned private practice with strong, established patient volume and a clear path to partnership. You'll see a broad case mix, including lower urinary tract dysfunction, prostate conditions, male reproductive health, kidney and bladder disorders, and oncologic urology, with surgical access and the procedural breadth that keeps the work clinically interesting.
What makes the day-to-day work here different is the infrastructure behind it. APP providers absorb a significant portion of after-hours and emergency coverage, keeping call manageable and your schedule largely intact. Workflows are organized and physician-focused; this is a group that has put real effort into protecting your time and sustaining long-term physician satisfaction.
The practice is integrated with a highly respected oncology network, which means a strong, steady referral base and the kind of multidisciplinary collaboration that elevates urologic care, particularly for oncologic cases. You'll work alongside engaged colleagues who are invested in quality outcomes and in each other's success.
For a urologist who wants to build something, a patient panel, a surgical reputation, a path to ownership, without sacrificing a workable personal life, this is a setup worth taking seriously.
