Urology Opportunity Northern New YorkPackage Highlights
- Annual base salary of $750,000 plus WRVU productivity bonus
- $100,000 signing bonus

- Seeking a general urologist or a urologist with interests in womens urology, andrology, advanced laparoscopy, and/or robotic surgery
- Shared 1:4 call schedule covering one hospital
- Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to the da Vinci Xi platform in 2019
- Office conveniently located within a 5-minute drive of the hospital campus
- In-office surgical suite available for minor procedures
- Service area population of approximately 250,000
- Strong referral network supported by a large provider base
- Opportunity to serve military personnel and families from nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division
- Hospitalist service manages emergency urology admissions with urology consultation support
- Modern operating rooms constructed in 2010 with block scheduling available
- Teaching opportunities through accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Urology
- Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative team-based practice
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to provide a surgical case log demonstrating active experience within the past two years
