About the Opportunity
Join a growing urology program in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where demand is strong and the department is expanding to support the needs of the community. This is a full-time general urology opportunity with access to a recently expanded clinic, strong APP support, robotic technology, and a flexible schedule designed to support both clinical growth and work-life balance.
*Full-time general urology position with some opportunity for subspecialization.
*$700,000 never-ending base salary with $76.50 wRVU conversion factor
*$120,000 sign-on bonus
*Join an established department supported by five APPs who assist in both clinic and inpatient settings.
*Recently updated and expanded clinic located on the medical campus
*Flexible schedule- 4 day work week available
*Two robots onsite (optional to use)
*5 weekdays of call per month, with no weekend call responsibilities
*Adult patient population only.
