Urology APP - PA or NP - Central Texas - NO WEEKENDS!

About the Opportunity

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated APP to join our growing Urology program in Killeen, Texas. Working alongside an experienced Urologist, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, men's health concerns, and other general urologic conditions.

As the demand for urologic services continues to grow across Central Texas, this role provides an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team and contribute to the expansion of a thriving practice. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong patient relationships while managing both new and established patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, educating patients on treatment options, and helping improve patients' quality of life through personalized care plans.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join a growing Urology practice alongside an experienced Urologist

• Practice based at AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen, Texas

• Anticipated start date: 2027

• Outpatient-focused practice with clinic-based patient care

• Schedule of 4 full clinic days and 1 half day per week

• Travel to neighboring clinic locations within the service area will be required

• No weekend clinic responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program

• National board certification required

• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice in Texas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required

• Previous Urology experience preferred
