Clinical Practice
This role provides comprehensive urological care in a modern, high-volume setting: Surgical & Procedural Services Access to 2 Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive procedures
16 cutting-edge operating rooms
Advanced ambulatory surgery center
Full spectrum of urologic surgery including robotic, laparoscopic, and open cases
Outpatient & Clinic Services Dedicated urology clinic with a strong referral base
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Telehealth and office-based procedures
Support from experienced NPs and clinical staff
Patient Population
Treat adult patients with a full spectrum of urological conditions, including: Prostate disease (BPH, prostate cancer)
Kidney stones and stone disease
Bladder cancer and dysfunction
Kidney cancer and renal masses
Male infertility and sexual health
Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery needs
Care commonly involves robotic surgery, endoscopic procedures, cancer care, and management of acute urologic conditions. Typical Clinical Volume Mix of clinic, OR, and procedural time
Robust surgical block allocation
Strong support staff for efficient workflow
