Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, cost, quality, and time-to-value across Engineering, Design, and Business partners. Develop and mentor product talent, fostering alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. Own financial outcomes, resource allocation, and customer value delivery for the product portfolio.

Proven expertise in product strategy and roadmap development for complex product families. Demonstrated leadership managing multiple product teams through full lifecycle execution. Strong ability to translate customer insights and data into measurable business outcomes. Experience driving data-driven decision making, including experimentation and AI integration.
