Position Summary: The Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the planning and coordination of modular execution to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of milestones. This role provides expert guidance on execution standards, monitors progress, and addresses risks to maintain quality outcomes. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager translates strategic needs into actionable plans while fostering continuous improvement and team development. About the team: This team brings the Merchant's strategy to life in stores by designing modulars and floorplans that optimize product presentation. They balance workload and coordinate project execution to meet quality and timeline goals. Acting as subject-matter experts, they provide guidance to ensure consistent standards and track progress to address risks. The team collaborates across functions to translate strategic needs into actionable plans while driving continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis. Their focus on operational excellence supports effective resource allocation, process enhancement, and team development to deliver impactful in-store experiences.

What you'll do:

• Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones with quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate daily execution activities, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless modular execution.
• Provide expert guidance on execution standards and walkthrough practices, supporting associates to maintain consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to achieve deadlines and quality expectations.
• Translate leadership and analyst requirements into structured execution plans with clear communication of updates and decisions.
• Capture feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement and refine execution processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering operational excellence and growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution. Option 2: 4 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise modular planning and retail execution platforms.
• Proven ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
