They oversee all phases from pre-construction planning to project closeout, emphasizing clear communication, strong leadership, and continuous process improvement to support Walmart's operational goals and construction excellence.

What you'll do:

• Lead construction project execution to ensure completion on schedule, within scope, and budget while managing contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee construction compliance by conducting routine reviews and addressing deviations promptly.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiation of bids, change orders, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Development, Facilities, Procurement, and Operations to align construction activities with business priorities.
• Prepare and present project status, budget tracking, and risk mitigation reports to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and document best practices to enhance project delivery consistency.
